Shipping & Return

Returns Policy

Shipping is Free in Sydney only over $70, or over $150 Australia wide. We have a $14 flat rate shipping Australia wide.

We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days (usually quicker!). However, all candles and melts (clamshells) are made to order. Soy wax products require curing time, therefore orders that contain either of these products means your entire order will not be shipped for an additional 2 days on top of the standard 3 days. If you require an urgent shipment, please contact Swik Home + Body at info@swikhomebody.com.au - we do have various pop up shops throughout the year and if we have stock of your product we may be able to send that sooner. Note, we do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

We use Australia Post or couriers for our shipping and provide tracking numbers for every order. We will be happy to assist in tracking your parcel from our end with Australia Post or the courier service, but we have no control over how long the order will take to arrive. We encourage you to track the order via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
