When will my order be shipped?

Orders without candles are usually packed and sent within 1-2 business days. Candles are mostly made to order and can take 4-6 business days. If we have the candle in stock, we will send in the 1-2 business day time frame.  Please note, in busy times it can take 3-4 business days for orders to go out. 

 

How much is Shipping?

We have a flat rate shipping of $12.  Shipping is free over $150 Australia wide OR if you live in Sydney it is free over $50.       

  

My parcel hasn’t arrived yet – where is my parcel?

You have placed an order with us (thank you!), now what?  You will always receive an order confirmation from us – if you have not, please check your junk mail.  This order confirmation gives you some time frames for your order (or see below for that).  Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which also contains a tracking link for your parcel.  We strongly suggest you track your parcel.  Please note that once we have shipped a parcel, we have no control over how long it will take to get to you.

 

I want to Pickup my order, how do I do this?

Pickup is available – from Ropes Crossing (Sydney).  All orders need to be placed online – at checkout when you get to the shipping stage, simply choose ‘Pickup from Ropes Crossing’.  Once your order is made and packed, we will send a text message to arrange a pickup time.

 

Can I place an order over the phone or via message?

No, sorry we do not take orders by any other means than online.

 

Do you do wholesale?

At this stage we are not doing wholesale – however we do plan on launching a wholesale side in 2021, so please check back with us then.

 

When is your next Pop Up Shop?

All our Pop Up Shop locations are listed here on the website – please check here for all dates and locations.  Alternatively, on Facebook we have all our shops listed as events – if you click on the even that you are interested, it will pop up and remind you that we are there.
